What music should we listen to?

What music should we listen to?

We always encounter different people in society. Everyone considers themselves right and educated, does not like anyone, criticizes others. On televisions, radios, in cars, at folk festivals, sometimes classical works are played - symphonies, operas, arias and mughams, sometimes interludes that feed light tastes, and, unfortunately, already cheapened, reduced to a low level "wedding music".

Worldviews, musical concepts are different. For this reason, some do not like something, others reject it, one is insulted, humiliated - in a word, loses the criterion. In the end, it is art that loses. It is precisely as a result of this that a musical genre that is even "honored" with the names of dishes has emerged. Often, we hesitate to express our opinion at gatherings, music venues or among friends. Suddenly, there were not very good opinions about your taste, suddenly people laugh, they do not take it seriously, etc. Well, then what should we do, what should we listen to, how should we do it so that everyone says "good" to our taste. I want to leave all these questions behind and look for an answer to the question of what kind of music should we listen to.

In fact, it is not right for someone to interfere with the taste and desires of another. Of course, if a person's taste has not been formed by the influence of someone else, if it has not been limited by certain frameworks and is not subject to certain interests...

Yes, many are hesitant to wear a white dress next to three people in black. That is, they try not to stand out. This moment limits a person's ability to form their own taste and express their desires. In such a case, their individual worldview becomes subject to the desires of those three people (mass consciousness).

Some people do not want to bother themselves, preferring to listen to what is convenient for them without making a choice. Forming taste itself requires desire, hard work, skill and literacy. Some cars and public transport play songs that, come on, you wonder. People are looking for easy-to-understand, simple and ultimately primitive music, rhythm and words. With such a busy lifestyle, the brain of a person who is unprepared is not able to read Mahammad Fuzuli's ghazal, listen to the music of Gara Garayev, Soltan Hajibeyov and perceive it as information.

I have been working in a studio for more than 10 years and I observe that people in many situations prefer the possibilities of digital technology over live performance and live instruments, over real performance. This ratio is changing faster and faster for the worse. In short, no matter what the sound is, the computer can knead and mold it in any form. But this is not a live sound, but at least it is a carrier of its mood. On the other hand, in arranged music, there is no need for real instrument players. This in itself can deal a very bad blow to the art of performance. You must have heard low-quality songs sung by children's voices on Indian rhythms on many machines. In fact, this sound is an electronic artificial sound effect that turns a male voice into a female or child's voice. You are amazed when you realize what kind of need arises to listen to such “music” and enjoy it to such an extent.

Music is a means of communication and a person’s desire to feel the world, understand it, and live with its beauties. We should think and relax by listening to music. We see with our eyes, smell with our nose, touch with our fingers, and travel distances with our feet. And we want to achieve the best and most beneficial of all of this.

And what about our ears? Have we become enemies of the sensory organ closest to the brain? How can it serve us? What can we hear? Music can enhance or completely weaken or kill all of a person’s emotions. The place of music in our social life is irreplaceable. Music is a living being that is in direct contact with a person’s mood.

On the contrary, poor-quality, brain-poisoning “music” - a collection of sounds. Imagine what music with its destructive power can do. In fact, by forming a culture of music selection, we become more sensitive to the influence of such a great power on us, we will both protect ourselves and enrich ourselves spiritually.

Let's ask ourselves - have you ever searched and struggled to improve and develop? Whether it's rap, jazz, pop, classical. If you type the music genre on various sites like youtube.com, soundcloud.com, or the simplest google.com, as many interesting pieces of music as you want will appear. One may be sadder or more rhythmic than the other.

Just as you don't want to eat a rotten fruit, choose the healthy, beneficial music, look for quality music that lifts your mood, cleanses your soul, and strengthens your health. Expand your taste and interest! This actually means a healthy lifestyle, forming a high consciousness, and a conscious approach to the human body.
